Not quite as cool as the classic Enrud "hand to chin" pose... but close. The year was 1993. The place was Carson Park. The event; pregame of the UW-Platteville vs. UW-Eau Claire. Not nearly as memorable as the game of touch football in front of my folks house that followed.
It's true. I heart Putin.
